Christmas Banquet 2006
The annual Verity Christmas Banquet and Talent Showcase is a gala event. This year, following Hors D’oeuvres in the dining hall, we made our way upstairs to the beautifully decorated auditorium. The golden glow of Christmas lights, candles, and garlands in welcomed Verity students, staff, and other guests to a memorable evening. Following a delicious buffet dinner was the talent show, which included dramatic readings, vocal selections, and instrumental performances by the students. At the end of the program, Pastor Shoemaker came to the stage to share a short Christmas message and to express gratefulness to the Verity and South Campus staff couples. All in all, the banquet was definitely a wonderful evening filled with good cheer!
